At creative eXpressions we offer more than just a card, a bespoke service tailored to your every need. Your wedding invitations will be the first opportunity to show the style and theme of your wedding, and our designs are catered to suit every taste and budget.

 

Our invitations have been designed by our team who between them have been designing Wedding  and Occasional Stationery for almost 10 years. We are in touch with all the suppliers in the industry and have an eye for detail. Nothing leaves the studio unless it is perfect.

 

Most designs come in various colours of the rainbow, however, if you have your own ideas just tell us and let us interpret your imagination.  We really can make your dreams come true!


 
There are no hidden costs, what you see is what you get. All invitations are per item. Invitations include printed inserts and envelopes. RSVP cards all have standard wording printed but can be edited to suit your needs.  All we ask is you complete our name and address spreadsheet and we will do the rest!

How much notice do you need for my order?


Most orders can be completed within 2 weeks however, it is ideal if you can give us at least a month to six weeks to fully prepare your order.  Invitations should be sent out approximately three months before your big day.  Save the date cards can be sent as soon as you know the date.

 

 

 

What is included with Invitations?


Invitations are printed with your chosen wording along with your guest's name. We also print the address on to labels for the envelopes.  We leave them open for you to slip in any maps, gift list information or hotel guides for the area.

 

 

 

How will I know what wording to use for my invitations?


We can supply sample wording for your chosen style of wedding should you have this already - no problem just e-mail it to us and we will do the rest.

 

 

 

What do I need to do?


Once we have received the confirmation of your order, we will e-mail you the name and address spreadsheet in Excel.  We then require you to complete this which includes all details about your guests. It is essential that this is checked and double checked as we will not be held responsible for any typing errors.

 

 

 

What if I need additional stationery?


No problem, just call or e-mail us and we can sort it out for you.  Normally we can make more invitations in just a day or two, so relax and let us take the strain.

 

 

What do Thank You Cards come with?


Thank you cards are left blank as your guests will have taken the time and trouble to buy you a gift, it is nice for them to receive a hand written reply. Alternatively we can print an insert at an additional cost of 75p per card, this cost also includes a printed label for the envelope

 

 

 

How do I get started?


Why not send us an e-mail.  We will call you an arrange a convenient time to meet (if local to the Hampshire, Surrey or Berkshire area) we have a full 20 page portfolio of designs and samples.  Once you choose your design, and we have confirmed your order. we will require you to return the completed name and address spreadsheet.  Once received, we will then send you a sample of your invitation for your appoval. This will be the final proof for you to confirm that you are happy for us to proceed.

 

 

What are the terms?


Sample proof copies of all stationery will be supplied. It is the customer's responsibility to proof read, and agree all samples. A deposit of 50% is required when placing your order.  This deposit is non refundable. The remaining balance of 50% must be paid in cash if in person, or by cheque two weeks prior to the dispatch of the order. All goods will be sent direct to the customer by recorded delivery which is paid for by the customer. We can accept no responsibility for loss or damage of goods once dispatched.
